Return single items, and returns net out of your sales

• Item-level returns. Return some of the items on a sale instead of voiding all of it. Mark each item resellable (it goes back into stock) or damaged (it stays out of stock and is logged at cost). For a credit sale, the refund first cancels what the customer still owes. A cash refund needs an open drawer. A cashier's return goes for approval, just like a void. Returns & Refunds
• Returns show on the sale. A fully returned sale reads Refunded, and a partly returned one reads Partially returned.
• Net sales everywhere. The dashboard, sales summary, trends, branch, cashier and product reports and exports now take returns off in the period you processed them. A closed day never changes. The gross figures are still there. Sales Reports
• BIR invoice number on sales invoices. Record the serial from your pre-printed invoice next to Kassly's own number. It is searchable and prints on the PDF. Sales Orders & Invoices
• A permission for custom prices on sales orders. Owners and managers have it. Give it to other roles when you want them to change prices on an order.
• The time clock now shows every punch in the current shift, not just the last one.

Fixes

• The cashier report PDF now prints the average ticket. It used to show zero.
