Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The full POS — including SC/PWD discounts, memberships, and basic reports — is free forever for one branch, with no credit card and no time limit. You only pay if you choose to add features.
What is the difference between an add-on and a bundle?
An add-on unlocks one feature à la carte (from ₱300/branch/month). A bundle (or "Pack") is a curated set of add-ons for a business type at a discount (from ₱449/branch/month). The Everything bundle includes all add-ons for ₱2,999/branch/month — about 42% less than buying them individually.
Do you charge per device or per cashier?
No. Add-ons are priced per branch per month, not per device or per cashier. Every branch includes one POS terminal, and you can add extra terminals for a small monthly fee per terminal. The only per-staff add-on is Payfolk HR & Payroll (₱150/staff/month).
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying for a year up front saves roughly 17% versus the monthly price on every add-on and bundle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any add-on or bundle from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is never deleted. The core POS stays free.
