Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The full POS — including SC/PWD discounts, memberships, and basic reports — is free forever for one branch, with no credit card and no time limit. You only pay if you choose to add features.
What is the difference between an add-on and a bundle?
An add-on unlocks one feature à la carte (from ₱300/branch/month). A bundle (or "Pack") is a curated set of add-ons for a business type at a discount (from ₱449/branch/month). The Everything bundle includes 16 add-ons — every one except Consignment, Loans, Payroll and Franchise Management — for ₱2,999/branch/month, about 50% less than buying them individually.
Is the online store an extra charge?
No. The online store — your own ordering page at yourstore.kasslypos.com — has no price of its own and takes no commission per order. It is included at no extra cost for any store with at least one add-on or bundle that is active or on trial, so the cheapest route to it is a ₱300/branch/month add-on, or ₱0 while that add-on is in its 30-day free trial. A store on the free plan with no add-ons does not get an online store.
Do you charge per device or per cashier?
No. Add-ons are priced per branch per month, not per device or per cashier. Every branch includes one POS terminal. Extra terminals are ₱100 a month each, or ₱1,000 a year if you pay annually.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying for a year up front saves roughly 17% versus the monthly price on every add-on and bundle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any add-on or bundle from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is never deleted. The core POS stays free.
