Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Kassly account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what data will be deleted, what may be retained, and how to submit your request.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Kassly account and your business name.
- We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the verified request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email, password)
- Product catalog and inventory data
- Customer records you stored in the app
- Staff accounts and permissions
- App settings and preferences
- Device tokens and session data
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to comply with legal and financial obligations:
- Transaction and sales records — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations, then permanently deleted.
- Billing and invoice records — retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance, then permanently deleted.
Retained records are stored securely and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
