Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective April 9, 2026
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid subscriptions to Kassly, operated by Symflo. We want to be transparent and fair — please read this carefully before subscribing.
Free Plan
Kassly's free plan is available at no cost and does not involve any billing. There is nothing to refund for free plan users. You can continue using the free plan indefinitely or upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
- Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel early.
- We do not offer automatic prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were billed more than once for the same period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Service unavailability: If Kassly experienced significant, prolonged downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during a billing period, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This grace period applies once per account.
Refund requests outside of these conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. After that, your account will revert to the free plan and your data will be preserved.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the process above.
App Store Purchases
If you subscribed to Kassly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by Apple or Google respectively. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted directly to the relevant platform:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
- Google Play Store: Visit the Google Play Help Center and submit a refund request within 48 hours of the charge for the best chance of approval.
We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores, as those transactions are controlled by the respective platforms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
