Scan counts, price lists and serial numbers in the phone and desktop apps

The Android, iOS and desktop apps now count and receive stock by scanning, price from customer price lists, take serial and IMEI numbers, and give a senior or PWD discount on selected lines of an open tab.
What we released on the web on 29 September is now in the apps too. Update to Kassly 1.30.0 on Android or iOS. Kassly Desktop 1.11.0 downloads by itself and installs the next time you close the app.
Counting and receiving
- Scan to count. Each scan adds one to that item's line, and scanning the same item again adds up on that line. On a phone the camera stays open between scans, with a beep for a match and a buzz for a miss; on the desktop, use a USB scanner. Search by name when a label is missing, and remove a line you counted by mistake. On a phone, an open count can be picked up again and counted offline; the scans upload when you're back online. - Scan to receive. On a purchase order, the first scan clears the prefilled quantities, then each scan adds one to its line, up to what is still to come. Fill outstanding puts them back. Receiving Purchase Orders
- Remove stock with a reason: damaged, expired, spoiled, theft, samples or a correction. Stock Adjustments
Selling
- Customer price lists and quantity breaks. Attach a customer and the cart prices from their list at the best quantity break they reach, but only when that's cheaper than the regular price. Lists come down with your catalog, so a sale made offline is priced the same way. Price Lists
- Serial and IMEI numbers at checkout for items you track one by one. Scan it, type it, or, online with Inventory Pro, pick from the serials in stock. It prints under the item on the receipt. - Warranty lookup. Scan or type a serial or IMEI to see the product, when and to whom it was sold, and its warranty. Needs Inventory Pro and a connection.
- A senior or PWD discount on selected lines of an open tab, so when one senior is in a group, the discount goes on their order only, on the tab and on the receipt. Discounts
