The details
Terminal vs your own devices
Qashier's model is one purpose-built terminal with payments inside it. That is quick to set up and there is one vendor for everything. Kassly is software for the devices you have: Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows, Mac or the browser. That costs nothing to start, and adding a second till doesn't mean buying a terminal.
Pricing and terms
Qashier's Essential plan is ₱2,598 and Growth ₱4,998 a month per location, sold on annual, 2-year or lifetime terms. Its terminal bundles are ₱37,400 for a year of Growth or ₱65,300 for two. Kassly's POS is free for one branch; add-ons are monthly per branch, and the Everything bundle is ₱2,999 a month.
Back office
Our research found no recipe management, purchasing or supplier management in Qashier. Kassly has purchase orders, suppliers, stock counts and recipe costing as add-ons. If you only sell and need simple stock, this may not matter to you.
BIR
Qashier says it helps you file your BIR Permit to Use. We didn't check Qashier against BIR's accredited list, so confirm its status there. Kassly is not accredited: Symflo's application is in progress as of 29 September 2026.
Choose Kassly if
- You want to start at ₱0 on the phone, tablet or PC you already have.
- You'd rather pay month to month. Qashier sells its plans on annual, 2-year or lifetime terms.
- You need purchase orders, suppliers and recipe costing. Our research didn't find these in Qashier.
- You run services: appointments, job orders, commissions, memberships and payroll are add-ons in the same account.
- You want several tills per branch without buying a terminal for each.
Choose Qashier if
- You want one plug-and-play device with the POS, printer and card payments together.
- You want help filing your BIR Permit to Use. Qashier says it assists with PTU filing.
- You want 24/7 support.
- You want a loyalty program with cashback and automated emails (Qashier Treats add-on).

How much does Qashier cost in the Philippines?

Do I need special hardware for Kassly?
No. Kassly runs on Android and iOS phones and tablets, Windows, Mac and the browser, and prints to any 58mm or 80mm thermal printer.
Is Kassly BIR-accredited?
No. Symflo's application is in progress as of 29 September 2026. Today Kassly produces X/Z readings, summary lists of sales and purchases, and books of accounts, for your records and your bookkeeper.
Can Kassly take card payments?
Kassly records cash, card, GCash, Maya and bank transfer payments, including split payments. It doesn't process cards itself, so you use your bank's or wallet's terminal or QR alongside it.
