Inventory list
Imports into KasslyYour products with SKU, category, cost, selling price, VAT, unit, quantity on hand and reorder point. Stock value and margin % work themselves out.

Who took what on credit, how much they have paid, and what they still owe. Overdue rows are marked. A second tab totals each customer.

A printable sheet for counting the shelves. Type what you count next to what you expected, and see the difference in pieces and in pesos.

Moving your list into Kassly
- Download the inventory list and replace the three example rows with your own items.
- Every new item needs a Name, a Category and a Selling Price. The rest is optional.
- Put what you have on the shelf today in Opening Qty.
- In Kassly, open Products, choose Import, pick your branch, and upload the file.
- If a row has a problem, Kassly lists what to fix and saves nothing until the whole sheet is right.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import the inventory list into Kassly?
Yes. The inventory list uses the same columns as the product import in Kassly. Fill it in, then in Kassly go to Products, choose Import and upload the file. Pick a branch so the opening quantities land there.
Do the templates work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The formulas and dropdowns carry over. Download it back as .xlsx before importing it into Kassly.
What is an utang list?
A record of customers who took goods on credit and still have to pay. The template keeps a running balance per row, marks overdue entries, and totals what each customer owes.
How do I use the count sheet?
Print it or fill it in on a phone. Type the quantity you actually see on the shelf next to the quantity you expected. The sheet shows the difference and what it costs you.
Are the templates really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email. Use them and share them as you like.
