Payroll

Payroll with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax

Turn a cutoff into payslips. Kassly works out gross pay from attendance or a monthly rate, takes off the four statutory deductions and any staff loan repayment, and shows the net figure you hand over. Each payslip is kept as a record, and the cost is booked to your accounts.

Part of the Payroll add-on, ₱300/branch/month with a 30-day free trial. It is not in any bundle; you add it on its own.

What it does

Statutory deductions from the rate tables

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax come from the published schedules, with the employer share worked out alongside. Per employee, you can also use fixed amounts or mark them exempt.

Pay from attendance or a monthly rate

Hourly and daily staff are paid from their clock-ins. Monthly staff are paid their period rate.

Staff loans come off automatically

Loan repayments are deducted on the run and applied to the loan schedule when you post it.

Approval before anything is booked

Runs go through the approvals queue. A manager cannot approve a run they computed, and a manager-computed run needs the owner.

Posted to your books

Posting books wages expense, the statutory payables, withholding tax and net wages payable. Marking a run paid records the cash going out on its own date.

Payslips staff can download

A4 PDF payslips with every statutory line, even at zero. Staff see their own payslips on My Payslips once a run is posted.

What it does not do

Worth knowing before you rely on it. The manual page has the detail.

  • No overtime, holiday pay or night differential. They compute to zero.
  • No 13th month pay or final pay.
  • No BIR filing output (1601-C, Alphalist, 2316) and no SSS, PhilHealth or Pag-IBIG remittance files.
  • No bank payroll file. Kassly does not send money to a bank.
  • Web only. There is no payroll screen in the mobile app.
  • Check the rate tables against the current SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF and BIR issuances before you rely on them.
