Plans & Add-Ons

Kassly does not have tiers you climb. There is one free plan, and you add the specific capabilities your business needs on top of it.

This means two businesses paying the same amount can have completely different systems, and neither is paying for features the other one needed.

If you were quoted Starter, Growth, or Enterprise pricing, that was the old model and it no longer applies. Those plans still exist for stores that were on them, but they are closed to new sign-ups.

The free base

Every store starts here and stays here unless you choose otherwise. Free forever, no card, no trial clock. See What is Kassly? for the limits.

The Free plan covers the whole point of sale — sales, payments, receipts, returns, senior-citizen and PWD discounts, memberships, and basic reports.

Add-ons

Add-ons are priced per branch, per month. One branch on Payroll costs ₱300; three branches on Payroll costs ₱900.

Bundles

Most businesses need four or five add-ons, and buying them separately costs more than it should. Bundles group the add-ons a particular kind of business actually uses, at a discount.

Everything

Everything Bundle	₱2,999	16 add-ons on one branch: every add-on except Consignment, Loans and Payroll

At ₱2,999 the Everything Bundle costs about half of buying those 16 add-ons separately (₱5,950). Consignment, Loans and Payroll are bought on their own. If you're weighing three or four bundles against each other, the Everything Bundle is usually the cheaper answer.

Trials

Add-ons and bundles can be trialled before you pay. A trial gives you the real feature on your real data — not a sandbox — and ends on its own without charging you.

Two things worth knowing:

• One trial per add-on, per store. Once a trial has been used, it's used. This is tracked permanently, so cancelling and re-subscribing does not reset it.
• Trialling a bundle covers everything inside it. If you later trial an individual add-on that the bundle already included, that add-on's own trial is considered spent.

Changing what you pay for

You can add or remove add-ons and bundles at any time from Settings → Billing.

• Adding takes effect immediately.
• Upgrading from add-ons to a bundle credits the unused remainder of what you've already paid for against the bundle price, so you're not billed twice for the same days. You'll see the credit in a preview before you confirm.
• Removing takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. The feature keeps working until then.

What happens when something lapses

If a payment fails or a trial ends without you subscribing, the feature stops being available — but your data is never deleted. Appointments you booked, payroll you ran, and recipes you built all stay exactly where they are. Subscribe again and everything is where you left it.
