What is Kassly?

Kassly is a point-of-sale and business management system built for Philippine businesses. It handles the counter — ringing up sales, taking payments, printing receipts — and the work behind it: stock levels, suppliers, staff, customers, and the reports you need at the end of the month.

It runs on phones and tablets you already own, keeps selling when the internet drops, and starts free.

Who Kassly is for

Kassly organises itself around what kind of business you run. You pick a business type when you sign up, and the system adjusts its language and screens to match — a salon sees services and appointments, a carinderia sees orders and a kitchen display, a hardware store sees stock and suppliers.

There are three broad types, each with more specific options underneath:

If none of these describe you exactly, pick the closest one — you can change it later, and it only affects wording and defaults, never what you're allowed to do.

What you get for free

The Free plan is genuinely free, with no time limit and no card required. It includes the full point of sale, basic inventory, senior-citizen and PWD discounting, memberships, and basic reports.

It has these limits:

What Kassly does not do

Being straight about the edges saves everyone time:

• It is not a full accounting system. Kassly keeps books of accounts and produces BIR-format reports, but it is not a replacement for your accountant or for dedicated accounting software.
• It is not a delivery or fleet system. There is no route planning, driver app, or proof-of-delivery workflow. Kassly covers the sale and the invoice, not the truck.
• It is not an ERP. Light B2B is supported — sales orders, invoices, credit terms — but a true distributor with warehouses, returns processing, and multi-level pricing will outgrow it.
